This policy describes information handling for visitors to the Begrow website who browse the stone wool substrate catalog, prepare a supply inquiry or request a callback. For personal data questions, contact info@begrow.pro.

2. Information submitted through the website

Only provide information needed for your inquiry; do not include payment credentials, passwords or sensitive personal information.

When you connect to the website, hosting and external resource providers may receive your IP address, browser information, request time and requested address. The scope and retention of server logs depend on those services and their settings.

3. Purposes of processing

Form data is used to answer your inquiry, return your call, clarify product specifications and quantities, and prepare a proposal. Submitting an inquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages.

Inquiries are recorded in the WordPress administration system. Their details are sent to the configured business email address and, when Telegram notifications are enabled, to the configured Telegram chat. Copies may therefore be held by the hosting provider, email service and Telegram.

The current theme does not automatically delete inquiries after a set period. An administrator handles deletion and retention review. Before publishing this policy, retention periods or criteria must be established for inquiries, messages, backups and server logs.

5. External services

The website loads Google Fonts and a map library through unpkg. Maps use OpenStreetMap, with CARTO as a fallback source. Loading these resources connects your browser to the respective services, which may receive technical connection data. External links lead to websites with their own policies.

Depending on the locations of hosting, email and other providers, information may be processed outside your country. The actual providers, processing countries and any required safeguards must be confirmed for the production configuration.

6. Local storage and cookies

Your selected products are stored in your browser’s localStorage under begrow_inquiry_cart. This contains product details and quantities used to prepare your inquiry. You can clear it through your browser’s website data settings; it is also cleared after a successful product inquiry.

WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and administration. Additional plugins, analytics or advertising tools may change the storage technologies in use and must be assessed separately before activation.

7. Requests concerning your data

Contact info@begrow.pro to ask about your inquiry data, correct it or request deletion or restriction of processing. Identity verification may be necessary to protect the information. Available rights, response periods, objection, portability and complaints to a supervisory authority depend on applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
